In both above cases please make sure that the name of the person being registered is clearly stated. Furthermore, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name and the cheque number or the wiring details.
Cancellations received before May 20, 2008, will permit a refund with a deduction of 50% costs (balance will be refunded after the conference). If cancellation is received after May 21, 2008 the full conference fee will be charged. All cancellations or changes must be received by the Secretary in writing or by fax.
